2. Products and Custom Orders

All products sold by Solaria Customization are custom-made to order based on the customer’s specifications.

By placing an order, you confirm that all customization details (including size, color, design, text, and spelling) have been carefully reviewed and approved.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on demand.

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, customized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in cases of:

• Defective products

• Manufacturing errors

• Items received that do not match the order

Any issues must be reported within 7 days  of delivery with supporting photos.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Solaria Customization and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product information as accurately as possible.

However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or other content will be error-free or perfectly accurate due to screen differences or technical limitations.
